On the Nature of Clinical Health Psychology

TL;DR: In this article, the authors argue for a broadened conception of the role of the clinical psychologist, arguing that clinical psychology should move beyond its conventional attention to the "mentally" disordered but also demonstrates specifically that there is both a need and a justification for psychologists to assume an active role in the assessment and management of the "physically" disorders.
