Eleven adducts constructed from 4-methylbenzo[d]thiazol-2-amine and organic acids via coupling of classical H-bonds and noncovalent interactions

TL;DR: In this paper, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and elemental analysis of 4-methylbenzo[d]thiazol-2-amine with an array of organic acids yielded a total of 11 crystalline adducts, which have been examined by X-Ray diffraction and FTIR and their melting points were also determined.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization and solventless growth of salicylic acid macro‐crystals involving a nitrogen gas flow

TL;DR: In this article, an original solventless thermal crystallisation method to grow needle-like salicylic acid (SA) macrocrystals of 10-12 mm in length was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Crystal and Molecular Structure of Four Organic Salts Assembled from Cyclohexylamine and Organic acids

TL;DR: In this article, the structure of four organic compounds with self-assembly of the corresponding acids with the cyclohexylamine moiety was fully characterized, and their structures adopted hetero supramolecular synthons.
Journal ArticleDOI

Molecular structures of ten ionic hydrogen bond-mediated anhydrous tert-butylammonium salts from different carboxylic acids

TL;DR: In this article , the authors showed that the NH2 units in L are protonated when the acids are deprotonated and the crystal packing is interpreted via the strong charge-assisted NH⋯O H-bond from the NH3+ and the CO2−.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and Structural Properties of Heteroleptic Rare Earth Mixed Carboxylates with Well-defined Solvation Spheres

TL;DR: In this paper, mixed carboxylate complexes of cerium(III) and yttrium(III), [Ce2(OAc)4(salH)2(OH2)4]·4HOAc and [Y2(OCA)4 (salH), 2(O-Hsal-O')2Ln(O,μ-O'-OAc), with bridging pairs of acetate and salicylate ligands were characterized as tetrakis(acetic) and bis(salicylic) acid sol

Crystallographic least squares refinement program for the ibm 704

W.R. Busing, +1 more
TL;DR: OR XLS 1-5 as discussed by the authors is a program for structure factor calculation and for the least squares refinement of crystal structures using x-ray or neutron diffraction data, and it is divided into five segments, and the purpose of each is briefly described.
