TLDR
In this paper, the authors evaluated the reliability of pressure vessels made of composite materials (carbon and glass fiber) with respect to stress and burst pressure and found that the relationship between deterministic safety coefficients and reliability is highly non-linear and the reliability properties of the composite materials are similar to those made of steel or aluminum alloy.

Continuum Damage Dynamic Model Combined with Transient Elastic Equation and Heat Conduction Equation to Solve RPV Stress

TL;DR: In this article , the authors studied the stress change of reaction pressure vessels (RPV) and established several different physical models to solve the same mechanical problem, ranging from 1D to 3D; the 1D model is mainly based on the internal pressure of RPV, the hoop stress, and the axial stress.
