Some procedures for quantifying risk

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present two analytic procedures for quantifying risk in a capital investment project: a sensitivity analysis and a risk simulation, which identifies, in an approximate way, the contribution of each of the primary variables to the overall risk of the project.
