TLDR
Anolis conspersus selects prey from a wide range of taxa and shows no obvious intraspecific specialization not connected to differences in microhabitat and prey size.
Abstract
Adult males of Anolis conspersus capture prey of significantly larger size and occupy perches of significantly greater diameter and height than do adult females; similarly, these three dimensions of the niche are significantly larger for adult females than for juveniles. Adult males on the average eat a smaller number of prey, and the range in size of prey is larger. The relationship between the average length of the prey and that of the predator is linear when the predator size is above 36 millimeters, but becomes asymptotic when it is below that value. Subadult males as long as adult females eat significantly larger food than do the latter, but only in the larger lizards is this correlated with a relatively larger head. Anolis conspersus selects prey from a wide range of taxa and shows no obvious intraspecific specialization not connected to differences in microhabitat and prey size. The efficiency of this system for solitary species is pointed out.

Size patterns among competitors : ecological character displacement and character release in mammals, with special reference to island populations

TL;DR: This literature, resting largely on mammals, includes several cases that suggest a coevolutionary morphological response to interspecific competition, and focuses on the trophic apparatus directly related to food procurement by mammals, the teeth.

Sexual selection and size dimorphism in anuran amphibia

TL;DR: It is argued that energetic constraints on reproductive males, caused by the costs of advertising, maintaining territories, and lowering food intake, can affect body size in species with prolonged breeding periods.

Presence and Absence of Habitat Shift in Some Widespread Lizard Species

TL;DR: Results imply that animals similar to widespread forms in some niche dimension other than structural habitat are those most likely to cause shift in structural habitat and suggest existence of a competition function with respect to size.

Sexual dimorphism in size of vespertilionid bats

TL;DR: Body size is determined by a compromise between many requirements, and in the case of male bats, feeding and roosting habits are probably paramount, but in addition an increase in body size reduces the proportionate load of the fetus or newborn young.

Resource partition among lacertid lizards in southern Europe

TL;DR: Comparative observations made on over 4500 individual lizards are used as a basis for assessing resource partition in related sympatric species, for finding out whether different systematic groups have characteristic types of niche, and for comparing community structure in the three peninsulas of southern Europe.

TL;DR: The eight species of the genus Anolis in Puerto Rico can be divided into four morphological similarities as discussed by the authors : perch height, perch diameter, high-shade preference and low-shading preference.
