TLDR
In this paper, the magnetic annealing condition and its effect on each performance of a vacuum chamber made of soft magnetic material was examined and verified, and the TDS spectrum showed that the reduction of hydrogen outflux from the bulk material near the surface was achieved by this process.

Targeted design and analysis of microwave absorbing properties in iron-doped SiCN/Si3N4 composite ceramics

TL;DR: The SiCN(Fe)/Si3N4 composite ceramics containing C, β-SiC and α-Fe were designed by impregnating polysilazane followed by pyrolysis at 1-5 times with porous silicon nitride matrix as discussed by the authors.

Reducing frequency drift caused by light shift in coherent population trapping-based low-power atomic clocks

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a model to reduce the influence of light-shift induced frequency drift on the long-term stability of coherent population trapping (CPT)-based low-power atomic clocks.

Thermal outgassing rates of low-carbon steels

TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the outgassing rates of three low-carbon steels using rate-of-rise and throughput methods, and found that the hydrogen-outgassing rate of these steels was as low as (1−4)× 10−10 ǫPa m3 s−1 m−2.

Development of a turbo-molecular pump with a magnetic shield function

TL;DR: In this paper, a turbo-molecular pumps (TMP) with a magnetic shield function was developed by replacing the housing material of the TMP with a ferromagnetic substrate SUS430.

Dependence of the outgassing rate of a ``vacuum fired'' 316LN stainless steel chamber on bake-out temperature

TL;DR: In this paper, it was found that the outgassing rate of a vacuum fired 316 LN stainless steel chamber increased with bakeout temperature in the range of 100 °C to 180 °C.

Outgassing Rate Measurement of SUS430 Vacuum Chamber

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a vacuum chamber with magnetic shielding properties by using the magnetic material SUS430 and measured the outgassing rate using small samples with the differential pressure flow method.
