Characteristics of Electrical Power Generation by Wind for Al-Tweitha Location Using Weibull Distribution Function

TL;DR: In this article, the wind speed data for year 2012 at 10 meter height for Tweitha have been statically analyzed to assess the time of wind turbine electrical power generation, the average wind speed was (v= 1.76 m/s), so five different wind turbines were selected to calculate hours of electrical generation for Al-Tweitha site, the best of them was SWG 20 kW wind turbine.

Investigasi Performa Turbin Angin Crossflow Dengan Simulasi Numerik 2D

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of diameter ratio and slope angle in performance of the cross-flow wind turbine was analyzed with numerical simulation through 2D CFD modeling and the results showed that the best performance of cross-flowing wind turbine occurred at diameter ratio variation 0.7 in TSR 0.3 with the best C P value 0.34.
