Findings & Value added: The outcome of this pandemic might be the end of Globalization, as the trade and dependency upon other countries will stop, or on the contrary, the consolidation of the Globalization, giving itself even an immense synergy in order to deepen and proliferate.
We find that population mixing has decreased considerably as the pandemic has progressed and are able to measure this effect across the world.
The fixed effects panel data analysis shows that globalization has a positive impact on the health indicators.
Based on several measures, we find that globalization has increased.
