TL;DR: E-learning in medical education is a means to an end, rather than the end in itself and can result in greater educational opportunities for students while simultaneously enhancing faculty effectiveness and efficiency, but this potential of e-learning assumes a certain level of institutional readiness in human and infrastructural resources that is not always present in LMICs.

TL;DR: Three years after the implementation of the priority program (which included decentralization, the active search for missing children, and deployment of health personnel, material and financial resources), the evaluation of the vaccination coverage rates shows that there is improvement in the EPI immunization coverage rate in Kita Circle.
