TL;DR: Data demonstrate that rapid identification of pathogenic GPRs can be obtained without an extraction step by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preliminary crystallographic study of the complex between the Fab fragment of a monoclonal anti-lysozyme antibody and its antigen.
Roy A. Mariuzza,D.Lj. Jankovic,G. Boulot,A.G. Amit,P. Saludjian,A.-S. Le Guern,J.C. Mazié,Roberto J. Poljak +7 more
TL;DR: This crystalline complex was found by screening a number of Fab-ly sozyme complexes prepared from monoclonal anti-lysozyme antibodies produced by hybrids of BALB/c immune spleen cells with a non-secreting mouse hybrid myeloma line.
Journal ArticleDOI
Monoclonal antibody detection of 2-acetyl-aminofluorene-modified DNA probes for the specific detection of nucleic acids in hybridization procedures
TL;DR: The use of acetoxy-acetyl-aminofluorene-modified DNA probes in several hybridization techniques and their use as a possible diagnostic tool is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Detection, virulence and antimicrobial resistance of Yersinia enterocolitica in bulk tank milk in Italy
Silvia Bonardi,A.-S. Le Guern,Cyril Savin,G. Pupillo,Luca Bolzoni,M. Cavalca,Stefano Pongolini +6 more
TL;DR: The study suggests that consumption of raw or improperly pasteurised milk may be hazardous for the consumers.
Journal ArticleDOI
First isolation of Yersinia entomophaga in human urinary tract.
A.-S. Le Guern,Cyril Savin,Sylvie Brémont,G. Payro,D. Bon,Elisabeth Carniel,Javier Pizarro-Cerdá +6 more
TL;DR: This work reports the first isolation of Y. entomophaga from human urine using whole-genome sequencing and confirmed the presence of specific chromosomal virulence genes and identified a plasmid harbouring a quinolone resistance gene.
