TL;DR: The Metrology for Meteorology (MeteoMet) project as mentioned in this paper is an attempt to bridge the meteorological and metrological communities, which is the concept of traceability, an idea used in both fields but with a subtle difference in meaning.

TL;DR: In this article, a rigorous metrological approach is applied to measurements of atmospheric parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, solar irradiance and wind speed in the atmosphere, and two special chambers, here described, will be manufactured for the purpose, for laboratory and in-situ calibration of automatic weather stations.
