K. Rasmussen,Hannu Sairanen,D. Smorgon,F. Sparasci,R. Strnad,A. Szmyrka Grzebyk,Robin Underwood +48 more
TL;DR: The Metrology for Meteorology (MeteoMet) project as mentioned in this paper is an attempt to bridge the meteorological and metrological communities, which is the concept of traceability, an idea used in both fields but with a subtle difference in meaning.
Journal ArticleDOI
The New LMK Primary Standard for Dew-Point Sensor Calibration: Evaluation of the High-Range Saturator Efficiency
D. Hudoklin,Janko Drnovšek +1 more
TL;DR: Results show the generated dew point is within the measurement uncertainty for any dew-point value of the inlet gas, which suggests the preconditioning subsystem can be avoided, which leads to a simplified generator design.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigation of the Equivalence of National Dew-Point Temperature Realizations in the -50 C to + 20 C Range
Martti Heinonen,Miltiadis Anagnostou,S A Bell,M Stevens,R. Benyon,R. A. Bergerud,Jovan Bojkovski,R. Bosma,Jan Erik Nielsen,Norbert Böse,Plunkett Cromwell,Aliye Kartal Dogan,Seda Oguz Aytekin,A. Mitter,Regina Mnguni,Jan Otych,A Steiner,Nagyné Szilágyi Zsófia,Davor Zvizdić +28 more
TL;DR: The results demonstrate the equivalence of a large number of laboratories at an uncertainty level that is better than achieved in other multilateral comparisons so far in the humidity field.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design and validation of a new primary standard for calibration of the top-end humidity sensors
TL;DR: In this article, the dew-point generator is used for calibration of the top-end dew point sensors and other types of humidity sensors and the first experiments indicate that the expanded uncertainty of the generated dew/frost point is in the order of ± 0.03°C.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design and Clinical Evaluation of a Non-Contact Heart Rate Variability Measuring Device.
TL;DR: This paper presents a novelty method of non-contact HRV measurement based on ultrasound transducers operating at two frequencies simultaneously and reports laboratory results and clinical evaluations given for healthy subjects as well as patients with known heart conditions.
