Journal ArticleDOI

Microchip Capillary Electrophoresis Coupled with a Boron-Doped Diamond Electrode-Based Electrochemical Detector

TL;DR: The attractive behavior and advantages of a diamond electrode detector for a micromachined capillary electrophoresis (CE) system are discussed and factors influencing the performance of the BDD detector are assessed and optimized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Control of the Optical Properties of Liquid Crystal-Infiltrated Inverse Opal Structures Using Photo Irradiation and/or an Electric Field

TL;DR: In this article, photoinduced phase transition behavior of liquid crystals was evaluated by measuring the change in their optical properties under light irradiation, and it was clearly observed that the behavior varied with temperature and light intensity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Boron-doped diamond nanograss array for electrochemical sensors.

TL;DR: A novel BDD nanograss array has been prepared simply on a heavily doped BDD film by reactive ion etching for use as an electrochemical sensor, which improved the reactive site, promoted the electrocatalytic activity, accelerated the electron transfer, and enhanced the selectivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide at ruthenium dioxide deposited on boron-doped diamond

TL;DR: In this article, a study of carbon dioxide reduction at RuO2-coated diamond electrodes showed that conductive metallic oxides are promising electrocatalysts for this process and allow higher reduction products to be obtained.
