[Mg/Fe] ratios in the solar neighbourhood. Stellar yields and chemical evolution scenarios

TL;DR: In this article , the AMBRE:HARPS dataset was used to study the [ α / Fe] bimodality and the evolution of the solar neighbourhood, and the data were compared with detailed chemical evolution models for the Milky Way, exploring the most used prescriptions for stellar yields and di ff erent formation scenarios for the Galactic disc (i.e., the delayed two-infall and the parallel models), including prescriptions for star radial migration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Heavy-elements heritage of the falling sky

TL;DR: In this paper, the abundances of yttrium, europium, magnesium, and iron in the Milky Way satellite galaxies, field halo stars, and globular clusters were analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

The heavy-elements heritage of the falling sky.

TL;DR: In this article, the abundances of yttrium, europium, magnesium and iron in the Milky Way satellite galaxies, field halo stars and globular clusters were analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Rubidium abundances in solar metallicity stars

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used high-resolution and high signal-to-noise spectra to derive Rb and Zr abundances in a sample of KM-type giant stars across a similar metallicity range, extracted from the AMBRE Project.
Journal ArticleDOI

The cerium content of the Milky Way as revealed by Gaia DR3 GSP-Spec abundances

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used a sample of about 30,000 LTE Ce abundances, selected after applying different combinations of GSP-Spec flags, to explore the cerium content in the Milky Way and in particular in its halo and disc components.
