Association between structural and functional corticospinal involvement in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis assessed by diffusion tensor MRI and triple stimulation technique
Aude-Marie Grapperon,Annie Verschueren,Yann Duclos,Sylviane Confort-Gouny,Elisabeth Soulier,Anderson Loundou,Maxime Guye,Patrick J. Cozzone,Jean Pouget,Jean-Philippe Ranjeva,Shahram Attarian +10 more
TL;DR: Significant correlations exist between the DTI and TST results, indicating both structural and functional involvement of the CST in patients with ALS.

Stereotactic radiosurgery combined with anti-PD1 for the management of melanoma brain metastases: A retrospective study of safety and efficacy.
Romain Carron,Caroline Gaudy-Marqueste,Florent Amatore,Laetitia Padovani,N. Malissen,Anne Balossier,Anderson Loundou,N. Bonnet,Xavier Muracciole,J. Regis,Jean-Jacques Grob +10 more
TL;DR: This real-world cohort of patients treated with a homogeneous strategy combining upfront stereotactic radiosurgery and anti-PD1 shows remarkable survival rates and does not reveal unexpected toxicity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Predictive biomarkers investigated in glioblastoma.
Emeline Tabouret,Olivier Chinot,Marc Sanson,Anderson Loundou,Khê Hoang-Xuan,Jean-Yves Delattre,Ahmed Idbaih +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the most emblematic biomarker in glioblastoma is O6-methylguanine DNA-methyltransferase promoter methylation that predicts response to temozolomide.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Bayesian framework systematic review and meta-analysis of anesthetic agents effectiveness/tolerability profile in electroconvulsive therapy for major depression
Guillaume Fond,Djamila Bennabi,Emmanuel Haffen,Lore Brunel,Jean-Arthur Micoulaud-Franchi,Anderson Loundou,Christophe Lançon,Pierre-Michel Llorca,Pascal Auquier,Laurent Boyer +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the efficacy and tolerability of 6 anesthetic agents in ECT for depressive disorders were evaluated in 14 double-blind randomized controlled trials (610 participants) and the acceptability was measured by the proportion of patients who dropped out of the allocated treatment, and the tolerability by the a number of serious adverse events and post-treatment cognition assessment.
