Defect in the nuclear pore membrane glycoprotein 210-like gene is associated with extreme uncondensed sperm nuclear chromatin and male infertility: a case report
Karim Arafah,Fabrice Lopez,Caroline Cazin,Zine-Eddine Kherraf,Virginie Tassistro,Anderson Loundou,Christophe Arnoult,Nicolas Thierry-Mieg,Philippe Bulet,Marie Roberte Guichaoua,Pierre F. Ray +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a homozygous loss of function variant, ENST00000368559.7:c.718-1G>A, altering a consensus splice site expected to prevent the synthesis of the nucleoporin 210 like (NUP210L) protein was identified.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors compared single-vs double-unit UCB transplantation in children and young adults with acute leukemia in a remission or myelodysplasia.
Journal ArticleDOI
Risk factors of exocrine and endocrine pancreatic insufficiency after pancreatic resection: A multi-center prospective study.
A. Maignan,M. Ouaissi,O. Turrini,N. Regenet,Anderson Loundou,G. Louis,V. Moutardier,Laetitia Dahan,N. Pirro,Bernard Sastre,J.R. Delpero,Igor Sielezneff +11 more
TL;DR: ExoPI occurs quasi-systematically after PD irrespective of the reconstruction scheme, and the rate of EndoPI did not differ between PD and LP.
Journal ArticleDOI
A randomized trial with steroids and antithymocyte globulins comparing cyclosporine/azathioprine versus tacrolimus/mycophenolate mofetil (CATM2) in renal transplantation.
Henri Vacher-Coponat,Valérie Moal,Monica Indreies,Raj Purgus,Anderson Loundou,Stéphane Burtey,Philippe Brunet,Julie Moussi-Frances,Laurent Daniel,Bertrand Dussol,Yvon Berland +10 more
TL;DR: Analysis of secondary endpoints showed a lower rate of BPAR, including border line, and a higher eGFR in the Tac/MMF group, which seemed as a better regimen regarding severe secondary outcomes than CsA/Aza allowed a low acute rejection rate.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pericarditis in uremic patients: serum albumin and size of pericardial effusion predict drainage necessity.
Stanislas Bataille,Philippe Brunet,Alexandre Decourt,Guillaume Bonnet,Anderson Loundou,Yvon Berland,Gilbert Habib,Henri Vacher-Coponat +7 more
TL;DR: In this first study reporting UPE drainage risk factors, all large UPE required drainage even when extra-renal epuration intensification or medical treatment were tried, suggesting that large U PE should be drained without delay.
