Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrodeoxygenation of guaiacol on noble metal catalysts
TL;DR: In this article, the performance of the noble metal catalysts, especially the Rh-containing catalysts was similar or better than that of the conventional sulfided CoMo/Al2O3 catalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI
A review on encapsulation techniques for inorganic phase change materials and the influence on their thermophysical properties
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of synthesis parameters on thermophysical properties of encapsulated inorganic phase change materials (PCM) is analyzed. But, the authors did not report a reduction in the heat of phase change for core-shell EPCMs, mainly because of the low content of salt in the final material.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrotreatment of wood-based pyrolysis oil using zirconia-supported mono- and bimetallic (Pt, Pd, Rh) catalysts
TL;DR: In this paper, catalytic hydrotreatment reactions with mono-and bi-metallic metal catalysts based on Rh, Pt, Pd on a zirconia support were performed in a batch set-up.
Journal Article
The entrepreneur from a cognitive approach
TL;DR: The most important contributions of Cognitive Psychology to the field of entrepreneurship are highlighted; some of the limitations are pointed out and new avenues of enquiry are suggested.
Journal ArticleDOI
Advances in the valorization of waste and by-product materials as thermal energy storage (TES) materials
Andrea Gutierrez,Laia Miró,Antoni Gil,Javier Rodríguez-Aseguinolaza,Camila Barreneche,Camila Barreneche,Nicolas Calvet,Xavier Py,A. Inés Fernández,Mario Grágeda,Mario Grágeda,Svetlana Ushak,Svetlana Ushak,Luisa F. Cabeza +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a review of waste materials and byproducts candidates which use contributes in lowering the total cost of the storage system and the valorization of waste industrial materials have strong environmental and societal benefits such as reducing the landfilled waste amounts, reducing the greenhouse emissions and others.
