Adsorption of CO2, CH4, and N2 on Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks: Experiments and Simulations

TL;DR: The role played by the topology of the solid and the organic linkers, instead of the metal sites, upon gas adsorption on zeolite-like metal-organic frameworks is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

The fluoride route: a strategy to crystalline porous materials

TL;DR: Caullet et al. as discussed by the authors used the use of the fluoride route in the synthesis of silica-based zeolites and metallophosphates (mainly gallophosphate) microporous materials, with a special emphasis on the work of the Mulhouse group during the last recent years.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of belite cement clinker of high hydraulic reactivity

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used a scanning electronic microscope connected with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer to detect the composition of the belite phase and its morphology, and the results showed that the clinker obtained at 1150°C, with lime saturation factor 0.67, is characterized by a great hydraulic reactivity similar to that of the ordinary alite clinker.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reduction of clinkerization temperature by using phosphogypsum.

TL;DR: Structural and morphological analysis of clinker produced under the new conditions show that phosphogypsum preserve perfectly the crystalline structure of silicate phases, which leads to the improvement of physical and mechanical properties of cement.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radical photoinitiation with LEDs and applications in the 3D printing of composites.

TL;DR: In this paper, an overview of the 3D printing of polymer matrix composites through photopolymerization processes is presented, as well as their applications in biomedical science, electronic industry, materials for adsorption, and 4D printing.
