Effective “activated PI3Kδ syndrome”–targeted therapy with the PI3Kδ inhibitor leniolisib
V. Koneti Rao,Sharon Webster,Virgil A. S. H. Dalm,Anna Sediva,P. Martin van Hagen,Steven M. Holland,Sergio D. Rosenzweig,Christ Andreas,Birgitte Sloth,Maciej Cabanski,Aniket Joshi,Stefan De Buck,Julie Doucet,Danilo Guerini,Christoph Kalis,Ilona Pylvaenaeinen,Nicolas Soldermann,Anuj K. Kashyap,Gulbu Uzel,Michael J. Lenardo,Dhavalkumar D. Patel,Carrie L. Lucas,Christoph Burkhart +22 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of inhibiting PI3Kδ in APDS were investigated using a 12-week, open-label, multisite, within-subject, dose-escalation study.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reducing between scanner differences in multi-center PET studies.
TL;DR: The objective of this paper is the reduction of inter-scanner differences in the FDG-PET scans obtained from the 50 participating PET centers having fifteen different scanner models.
Journal Article
11C-DTBZ and 18F-FDG PET measures in differentiating dementias.
Robert A. Koeppe,Sid Gilman,Aniket Joshi,Suyu Liu,Roderick J. A. Little,Larry Junck,Mary Heumann,Kirk A. Frey,Kirk A. Frey,Roger L. Albin +9 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that (+)-(11)C-dihydrotetrabenazine ((11)DTBZ) studies, which provide an index of nigrostriatal terminal density (distribution volume; DV), also provide a measure of transport (K(1)) that produces information comparable to the metabolic measure of (18)F-FDG.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, characterization, and monkey PET studies of [18F]MK‐1312, a PET tracer for quantification of mGluR1 receptor occupancy by MK‐5435
Eric D. Hostetler,Wai-Si Eng,Aniket Joshi,Sandra M. Sanabria-Bohórquez,Hiroshi Kawamoto,Satoru Ito,Stacey O'Malley,Stephen Krause,Christine Ryan,Shil Patel,Mangay Williams,Kerry Riffel,Gentaroh Suzuki,Satoshi Ozaki,Hisashi Ohta,Jacquelynn J. Cook,H. Donald Burns,Richard Hargreaves +17 more
TL;DR: Results are promising for clinical PET studies with [18F]MK‐1312 to determine mGluR1 occupancy of MK‐5435 and a large specific signal useful for determination of mGLUR1 receptor occupancy in rhesus monkey is revealed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improving PET receptor binding estimates from Logan plots using principal component analysis
TL;DR: Noise in the TACs was reduced by fitting the curves to a low-dimension PCA-based linear model, leading to reduced bias and variance in DVR, while also improving precision in both single- and dual-measurement simulations.
