A study of breast cancers detected in the incident round of the UK NHS Breast Screening Programme: the importance of early detection and treatment of ductal carcinoma in situ.
TL;DR: Support is provided for the hypothesis that microcalcification seen on previous screening films at the site of a subsequently detected invasive ductal carcinoma represents ductal cancer in situ and Revision of the NHSBSP targets for DCIS detection is recommended.

A randomised pilot study comparing 13 G vacuum-assisted biopsy and conventional 14 G core needle biopsy of axillary lymph nodes in women with breast cancer
TL;DR: Acceptability of the two procedures was similar, but VAB was associated with more post-procedure pain, and the sensitivity appears to be similar.
