Journal ArticleDOI
MicroRNA-133b stimulates ovarian estradiol synthesis by targeting Foxl2
Anyi Dai,Haixiang Sun,Ting Fang,Qun Zhang,Shaogen Wu,Yue Jiang,Lijun Ding,Guijun Yan,Yali Hu +8 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that miR‐133b down‐regulates Foxl2 expression in granulosa cells by directly targeting the 3′UTR, thus inhibiting the Foxl 2‐mediated transcriptional repression of StAR and CYP19A1 to promote estradiol production.
Journal ArticleDOI
Orphan Nuclear Receptor Nur77 Regulates Androgen Receptor Gene Expression in Mouse Ovary
Anyi Dai,Guijun Yan,Qin-Yuan He,Yue Jiang,Qun Zhang,Ting Fang,Lijun Ding,Jianxin Sun,Haixiang Sun,Yali Hu +9 more
TL;DR: Results demonstrate that AR is regulated by Nur77 in the ovaries, and they suggest that the participation of Nur 77 in androgen signaling may be essential for normal follicular development.
Journal IssueDOI
Pravastatin alleviates lipopolysaccharide-induced placental TLR4 over-activation and promotes uterine arteriole remodeling without impairing rat fetal development.
Muyi Yang,Zhenyu Diao,Zhiyin Wang,Guijun Yan,Guangfeng Zhao,Mingming Zheng,Anyi Dai,Yimin Dai,Yali Hu +8 more
TL;DR: Supportive evidence is provided for use of pravastatin in preventing preeclampsia through targeting the TLR4/NF-κB pathway in a previously established lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced rat preeClampsia model.
Journal ArticleDOI
FSH modulates the expression of inhibin-alpha and the secretion of inhibins via orphan nuclear receptor NUR77 in ovarian granulosa cells
Qin-Yuan He,Lijun Ding,Haixiang Sun,Bin Yu,Anyi Dai,Ningyuan Zhang,Bin Wang,Guijun Yan,Pei-Zhen Xu,Yali Hu +9 more
TL;DR: A role of NUR77 in the regulation of inhibin‐alpha in ovarian granulosa cells is indicated and chromatin immunoprecipitation–PCR, avidin–biotin‐conjugated DNA precipitation, and luciferase reporter assays confirmed that Nur77 directly regulated the transcription of the inhibin-alpha gene through the specific NGFI‐B response element located within its promoter.
