Structural analysis of indium sulphide thin films elaborated by chemical bath deposition
TL;DR: X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy showed that the crystalline state of indium sulphide thin films, elaborated by chemical bath deposition technique on various substrates, is strongly affected by deposition parameters (deposition time tD, pH solution and thioacetamide concentration), as well as by annealing treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterization of nanocrystallized In2S3 thin films via CBD technique
TL;DR: In this paper, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy techniques are used to examine the effect of experimental conditions on the structure and morphology of indium sulphide thin films.
Journal ArticleDOI
Competence of tunable Cu2AlSnS4 chalcogenides hydrophilicity toward high efficacy photodegradation of spiramycin antibiotic resistance-bacteria from wastewater under visible light irradiation
Chayma Nefzi,B. Askri,B. Yahmadi,Nizar El Guesmi,Jorge M. García,Najoua Kamoun-Turki,Saleh A. Ahmed +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper , chemical spray pyrolysis was used to synthesize Cu2Fe1-xAlxSnS4 (CATS) with a polycrystalline nature for the first time, with slight shift of diffraction peaks depicted at 2θ = 27.84°, 47.03° and 55.93°.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of sulfur content on improving physical properties of new sprayed Cu2MgSnS4 thin films compound for optoelectronic applications
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigation on Cu2MgSnS4 thin film prepared by spray pyrolysis for photovoltaic and humidity sensor applications
Amal Hammoud,Abdelhak Jrad,B. Yahmadi,Mehdi Souli,F. Kouki,Lassaad Ajili,Najoua Kamoun-Turki +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the impact of magnesium concentration during the synthesis of CMTS films is studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-visible spectrograph, electrochemical impedance spectrograms (EIS), and I-V characterizations.
