Circularly Polarized Luminescence from Chiral Tetranuclear Copper(I) Iodide Clusters.
Li Yao,Guangda Niu,Junze Li,Liang Gao,Xu-Feng Luo,Bing Xia,Yuhao Liu,Peipei Du,Dehui Li,Chao Chen,You-Xuan Zheng,Zewen Xiao,Jiang Tang +12 more
TL;DR: The crystallization induced helical arrangement of (R/S-MBA)4Cu4I4 clusters and their largely distorted polynuclear configuration demonstrate new platform for the study of chiral-related properties.
Journal ArticleDOI
Material Design and Optoelectronic Properties of Three-Dimensional Quadruple Perovskite Halides
Yang-Peng Lin,Sanlue Hu,Bing Xia,Kai-Qing Fan,Liao-Kuo Gong,Jin-Tao Kong,Xiao-Ying Huang,Zewen Xiao,Ke-Zhao Du +8 more
TL;DR: The quadruple perovskite halides provide an alternative platform for promising optoelectronic material design in addition to simple and doublePerovskites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bournonite CuPbSbS3: An electronically-3D, defect-tolerant, and solution-processable semiconductor for efficient solar cells
TL;DR: In this paper, an electronically three-dimensional semiconductor, bournonite CuPbSbS3, was proposed as a prospective solar cell absorber material, which exhibits desired optoelectronic properties, such as a nearly direct bandgap, high optical absorption coefficients, appropriate p-type doping, and defect tolerance.
