When Cubic Cobalt Sulfide Meets Layered Molybdenum Disulfide: A Core–Shell System Toward Synergetic Electrocatalytic Water Splitting
Han Zhu,Junfeng Zhang,Ruoping Yanzhang,Mingliang Du,Qingfa Wang,Guohua Gao,Jiandong Wu,Guangming Wu,Ming Zhang,Bo Liu,Juming Yao,Xiangwen Zhang +11 more
TL;DR: A new class of Co9 S8 @MoS2 core-shell structures formed on carbon nanofibers composed of cubic Co 9 S8 as cores and layered MoS2 as shells is described, serving as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for H2 and O2 evolution.
Journal ArticleDOI
MgVPO4F as a one-dimensional Mg-ion conductor for Mg ion battery positive electrode: a first principles calculation
TL;DR: MgVPO4F is proposed as a cathode material for rechargeable Mg ion batteries for the first time in this article, where first principles calculations were performed to study the electrochemical properties of MgVPOs4F as a positive electrode material for Mgion batteries.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tavorite-FeSO4F as a potential cathode material for Mg ion batteries: a first principles calculation
TL;DR: The electrochemical and Mg ion diffusion properties of tavorite-Mg0.5FeSO4F were studied by using first principles calculations and the experimental diffusion coefficient is expected to be of the same order of magnitude as that of the Li-vacancy in Li1-xFeSO5F.
