Journal ArticleDOI
Quark–hadron duality in electron scattering
TL;DR: In this article, a comprehensive review of data on structure functions in the resonance region is presented, from which the global and local aspects of duality are quantified, including its flavor, spin and nuclear medium dependence.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental verification of quark-hadron duality
I. Niculescu,C. S. Armstrong,John Arrington,Ketevi Assamagan,O. K. Baker,O. K. Baker,Douglas H Beck,C. Bochna,R. D. Carlini,J. Cha,C. Cothran,Donal Day,J. A. Dunne,Dipangkar Dutta,Rolf Ent,B. W. TL;DR: A newly obtained sample of inclusive electron-nucleon scattering data has been analyzed for precision tests of quark-hadron duality, and in all cases, duality appears to be a nontrivial property of the nucleon structure function.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Review of Target Mass Corrections
Ingo Schienbein,Voica Radescu,G. P. Zeller,M. Eric Christy,C. E. Keppel,Kevin Scott McFarland,Wally Melnitchouk,Fredrick I. Olness,Mary Hall Reno,F. M. Steffens,Ji-Young Yu +10 more
TL;DR: A comprehensive review of these target mass corrections (TMC) to structure functions data, summarizing the relevant formulas for TMCs in electromagnetic and weak processes, is presented in this article.

Journal ArticleDOI
Nucleon elastic form factors and local duality
TL;DR: In this paper, the quark-hadron duality concept was used to derive a relation between the ratio of longitudinal to transverse deep inelastic electron-proton scattering cross sections and the electric to magnetic proton elastic form factors.
