CoVaccine HT™ Adjuvant Potentiates Robust Immune Responses to Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 Immunization.
Brien K. Haun,Chih-Yun Lai,Caitlin A. Williams,Teri Ann S. Wong,Michael M. Lieberman,Laurent Pessaint,Hanne Leth Andersen,Axel T. Lehrer +7 more
TL;DR: Data presented here suggests that adjuvantation with CoVaccine HT™ can rapidly induce a comprehensive and protective immune response to SARS-CoV-2.
Journal ArticleDOI
Recombinant Protein Filovirus Vaccines Protect Cynomolgus Macaques From Ebola, Sudan, and Marburg Viruses.
Axel T. Lehrer,Eleanore Chuang,Madhuri Namekar,Caitlin A. Williams,Teri Ann S. Wong,Michael M. Lieberman,Alex Granados,Johnathan Misamore,Jake Yalley-Ogunro,Hanne Leth Andersen,Joan B. Geisbert,Krystle N. Agans,Robert W. Cross,Thomas W. Geisbert +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the Drosophila S2 platform has been used for the development of a safe and efficacious multivalent vaccine candidate for protection against Ebola, Marburg and Sudan Virus Disease.
Journal ArticleDOI
Infant rhesus macaques immunized against SARS-CoV-2 are protected against heterologous virus challenge one year later
Emma C Milligan,Katherine J. Olstad,Caitlin A. Williams,Michael L. Mallory,Patricio Cano,Kaitlyn Cross,Jennifer E. Munt,Carolina Garrido,Lisa C. TL;DR: In this article , the durability of vaccine efficacy against emerging variants of SARS-CoV-2 has been investigated for infants 6 months and older, and the authors demonstrated that broadly neutralizing and spike-binding antibodies against variants of concern (VOCs), as well as T cell responses, persisted for 12 months.

Brien K. Haun,Chih-Yun Lai,Caitlin A. Williams,Teri Ann Wong,Michael M. Lieberman,Laurent Pessaint,Hanne Andersen-Elyard,Axel T. Lehrer +7 more
TL;DR: Data presented here suggests that adjuvantation with CoVaccine HT™ can rapidly induce a comprehensive and protective immune response to SARS-CoV-2.
Journal ArticleDOI
Maternal Immunization Using a Protein Subunit Vaccine Mediates Passive Immunity against Zaire ebolavirus in a Murine Model
TL;DR: In this article , the authors demonstrate that an intramuscular protein subunit vaccine may elicit Ebola-specific IgG capable of being transferred across the placenta as well as into the breastmilk.
