Preparation and performance of coal-based activated carbon based on an orthogonal experimental study

TL;DR: In this article , an L9 orthogonal experiment was designed to study the comprehensive effects of the carbonization temperature, heating rate, activation time and activator type on the specific surface area and iodine value of activated carbon prepared by physical activation, as well as the surface chemical and crystal properties.
Proceedings Article

K-shot NAS: Learnable Weight-Sharing for NAS with K-shot Supernets

TL;DR: In this article, instead of counting on a single supernet, instead of taking their weights for each operation as a dictionary, the operation weight for each path is represented as a convex combination of items in a dictionary with a simplex code.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Assessing Social License to Operate from the Public Discourse on Social Media

TL;DR: SIRTA (Social Insight via Real-Time Text Analytics), a novel real-time text analytics system for assessing and monitoring organisations’ SLO levels by analysing the public discourse from social posts, and results show that SIRTA is highly effective in distilling stances from social Posts for SLO level assessment, and that the continuous monitoring of SLO Levels enables the early detection of critical SLO changes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Assessment of the moisture storage characteristics of lignite focusing on lignite type, moisture forms and drying mechanism

TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the effect of temperature and initial water content on lignite's dewatering rate and found that the higher the temperature, the easier it is for water removal.
Journal ArticleDOI

Failure Analysis of Gantry Crane Slewing Bearing Based on Gear Position Accuracy Error

TL;DR: In this paper , the relative displacement relationship between the pinion and large gear ring and the gear teeth stress nature was analyzed through the establishment of the rotary table structure, slewing bearing, and cylinder structure assembly finite element model.
