Growth promotion and protection against salt stress by Pseudomonas putida Rs-198 on cotton.

TL;DR: The results indicated that Rs-198 could protect against salt stress and promote cotton seedling growth and improve the production of endogenous indole acetic acid (IAA) content and reduce the abscisic acid (ABA) content of Cotton seedling under salt stress.
Journal ArticleDOI

Direct liquefaction of Dunaliella tertiolecta for bio-oil in sub/supercritical ethanol-water.

TL;DR: Bio-oil preparation by direct liquefaction of Dunaliella tertiolecta with sub/supercritical ethanol-water as the medium in a batch autoclave with high temperature and high pressure indicated that ethanol and water showed synergistic effects on direct liqufaction of D. tertiolection.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bio-oil production from sub- and supercritical water liquefaction of microalgae Dunaliella tertiolecta and related properties

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of liquefaction temperature, holding time, and feedstock ratio on the yields of bio-oil products were investigated, and detailed chemical compositional analysis of biooil was performed using an elemental analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thermochemical Catalytic Liquefaction of the Marine Microalgae Dunaliella tertiolecta and Characterization of Bio-oils

TL;DR: In this article, a central composite rotatable design (CCRD) and response surface analysis (RSA) were used to predict the liquefaction yield of the marine microalgae Dunaliella tertiolecta.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fast conversion of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol by a new strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae

TL;DR: The results of batch and fed-batch fermentations demonstrated that K. pneumoniae XJ-Li would be an excellent 1,3-PD producer.
