TL;DR: The results of this study show that the ECHO model is an effective way to treat HCV infection in underserved communities and implementation of this model would allow other states and nations to treat a greater number of patients infected with HCV than they are currently able to treat.

The rising incidence of adenocarcinoma relative to squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix in the United States--a 24-year population-based study
TL;DR: The results suggest that current screening practices in the United States are insufficient to detect a significant proportion of adenocarcinoma precursor lesions and the number of women at risk of cervical cancer has increased.
