TL;DR: Results suggest that kratom initiation was associated with significant decrease in the regular use of heroin, and regular consumption of illicit drugs and HIV risk behaviors in a cohort of illicit drug users in Malaysia.

TL;DR: Overall, it was found that Kratom was mainly used for self-medication, rather than recreational purposes, justifying the need for further clinical studies to better assess the safety and the efficacy of its use in a therapeutic context.

TL;DR: The association of ketamine use with erectile dysfunction, if substantiated, will help physicians in their diagnosis of erectiles dysfunction, particularly among youths, and strengthen the case for early intervention.
