TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the most promising means to reduce playground injuries through increased quantity and quality of playground supervision by adults, including repetitively teaching children playground rules, recognizing and stopping children's dangerous behavior, preventing children from behaving impulsively and changing children's attribution of risk.
