Journal ArticleDOI
The effect of Mn and Al contents on the solvus of κ phase in austenitic Fe-Mn-Al-C alloys
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of Al and Mn contents on the solvus of both inter- and intra-granular κ phase was investigated for a composition range of Fe-(21-32 wt.)Mn-(2-10 wt.%)Al-1C.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characteristics and Mechanisms of Silicon-Oxide-Based Resistance Random Access Memory
Kuan-Chang Chang,Tsung-Ming Tsai,Ting-Chang Chang,Hsing-Hua Wu,Jung-Hui Chen,Yong-En Syu,Geng-Wei Chang,Tian-Jian Chu,Guan-Ru Liu,Yu-Ting Su,Min-Chen Chen,Jhih-Hong Pan,Jian-Yu Chen,Cheng-Wei Tung,Hui-Chun Huang,Ya-Hsiang Tai,Dershin Gan,Simon M. Sze +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, the current-voltage fitting data show that current transport mechanism is governed by Poole-Frenkel behavior in high-resistance state and Ohm's law in low-Resistance state, consisting with filament theory.
Journal ArticleDOI
The influence of Cr-based coating on the adhesion force between epoxy molding compounds and IC encapsulation mold
TL;DR: In this paper, the unbalanced magnetron sputtering method is used to deposit Cr, Cr2N, and CrN phase individual, which has the lowest surface energy and the highest contact angle of water, which reaches as high as 120°.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reducing operation current of Ni-doped silicon oxide resistance random access memory by supercritical CO2 fluid treatment
Kuan-Chang Chang,Tsung-Ming Tsai,Ting-Chang Chang,Yong-En Syu,Chia-C. Wang,Siang-Lan Chuang,Li Cheng-Hua,Dershin Gan,Simon M. Sze +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the defect of nickel-doped silicon oxide (Ni:SiOx) was passivated effectively by the supercritical fluid technology, and the current conduction of high resistant state in post-treated Ni:Si Ox film was transferred to Schottky emission from Frenkel-pool due to the passivation effect.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of alloying additions on the κ phase precipitation in austenitic Fe-Mn-Al-C alloys
H. Huang,Dershin Gan,P.W. Kao +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, a systematic study of the effect of alloying elements, aluminum and carbon in particular, on the precipitation of [kappa] phase was carried out over a range of composition within which a single phase austenite is formed upon solution treating and quenching.
