Hybrid GSADE algorithm for optimization of far-field radiation pattern of circular arrays

TL;DR: Experimental results show a considerable improvement of SLL and some restricted improvement of first null beamwidth (FNBW) and 3-dB beamwidth as well with respect to the corresponding uniform cases and those of some recent literature reported in this paper.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Write stability analysis of 8-T novel SRAM cell for high speed application

TL;DR: The stability analysis of the proposed 8-T low power SRAM cell for write operation, which uses two voltage sources connected with the Bit line and the Bit bar line for reducing the voltage swing during the write “0” orwrite “1” operation, and the simulation results and the comparison made with that of conventional 6T SRAM justify the efficacy of the superiority of the proposal.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microstrip bandpass filter design using split-path method and optimized curvature corrections

TL;DR: In this article, a method of split-path interactions is proposed to approximately predict the resonant frequency and topology of bandpass filters which otherwise fall under the category of heuristic designs.
Journal Article

Impact of different land use systems on soil quality in northwest Himalayan region

TL;DR: In this article, the important soil quality indicators were investigated under different land use systems namely, sal forest, agroforestry, rainfed cropland and irrigated croplands to provide base line data for future research.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Social emotional optimization algorithm for beamforming of linear antenna arrays

TL;DR: A novel meta-heuristic search method based on social emotional optimization algorithm (SEOA) are applied to determine the best optimal current excitation weights and optimal inter-element spacing of optimized hyper beamforming of linear antenna arrays.
