T-cell membrane protein (TIRC7) and peptides derived therefrom
TL;DR: In this article, a T cell immune response cDNA 7 (TIRC7) encoding a T-cell transmembrane protein, peptides and polypeptides derived therefrom and antibodies recognizing such (poly) peptides.
Book ChapterDOI
T Cells Marked by the 2H4 Antigen Function in Allosuppression
TL;DR: The proliferative response and generation of suppressor cells in an allogeneic MLR using 2H4 enriched or depleted cells as the responding population is studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
ABO Genotyping finds more A2 to B kidney transplant opportunities than lectin-based subtyping.
Abigail Joseph,Cody J. Murray,Natasha Novikov,Randall W. Velliquette,Sunitha Vege,Justin B. L. Halls,Helen Mah,Jamie L. DellaGatta,Edward Comeau,Maria Aguad,Richard M. Kaufman,Martin L. Olsson,Indira Guleria,Sean R. Stowell,Edgar L. Milford,Annika K. Hult,Melissa Y. Yeung,Connie M. Westhoff,Cathi Murphey,William S. Lane +19 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors compare lectin and genotyping testing on 554 group A deceased donor samples at 2 transplant laboratories and find that lectin testing is accurate and could increase A2 kidney transplant opportunities for group B candidates, a difference that should reduce group B wait times and improve transplant equity.
Book ChapterDOI
Differential Effects of an Anti-IL-2 Receptor Antibody on Cytotoxic and Suppressor Cells
TL;DR: The in vitro effects of SA36.6G, an anti-IL-2R monoclonal antibody directed to an epitope on the 55 kD chain of the IL-2 R, on allostimulated proliferation, cytotoxic and suppressor cell generation, and the phenotype of activated cells are studied.
