Journal ArticleDOI

Development of individual semiconductor nanowire for bioelectrochemical device at low overpotential conditions

TL;DR: It is shown that at low overpotential condition, semiconductor NW can be used as an electron donor during biocatalytic process and can open new tools for studying redox enzymes at the single-molecule level.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of the heat flux direction on electrical properties of SrBi2Nb2O9 thin films crystallized using a microwave oven

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the influence of the heat flux direction and the duration of the thermal treatment on the SBN thin film crystallization and found that the susceptor position had an influence on the sample crystallization.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multi-layered LiNbO3 films prepared by a polymeric precursor method

TL;DR: In this article, the polymeric precursor method was used to prepare multi-layered LiNbO 3 films and two different routes were investigated for the heat-treatment, the "amorphous route" consisted of performing, after each deposition, a pre-treatment at low temperature to eliminate the organic material and the "layer-after-layer crystallization" process led to a film exhibiting the best optical properties.

Nanoenergy : nanotechnology applied for energy production

TL;DR: In this paper, the incorporation of inorganic nanoparticles in bulk heterojunction organic solar cells was discussed, with the focus on the use of nanomaterials for solar energy conversion.
