TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the strong OZI-allowable coupling of the narrow axial-vector (S$-wave) to the meson is sufficient to obtain a quasi-bound state in the unitarised meson model, and that the state of the very recently observed $D^{\ast}_{sJ}(2463)$ meson can be described as a $J^{P}=1+}$ $c\bar{s} bound state.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for the calculation of coupling constants and transition potentials for hadronic decay, as needed in a multi-channel description of mesons, has been presented within the independent-harmonic-oscillator model for quarks inside a hadron.
