TL;DR: The results emphasize that spontaneous operational tolerance is a dynamic and nonpermanent state and it is therefore essential for patients who are clinically stable off immunosuppression to undergo regular follow‐up and laboratory monitoring, as well as surveillance biopsies to rule out subclinical rejection.

TL;DR: Investigation uncovered anti-angiotensin II type-1 receptor antibodies (AT1R ab) and endothelial cell crossmatch (ECXM) positivity which correlated with the timing of his acute rejection and the patient also showed rapid clinical recovery and control of his blood pressure.
