TL;DR: In this article, the authors conducted a clinical trial to examine the safety and preliminary efficacy of intranasal oxytocin for older adults with sarcopenic obesity, and showed that the effect of oxytocins on the safety/tolerability of intrasal oxycodone administration and whole body muscle and fat mass was well tolerated without any significant adverse events.

Effect of essential amino acid supplementation and aerobic exercise on insulin sensitivity in healthy older adults: A randomized clinical trial
TL;DR: It is concluded that in healthy older adults with moderate protein intake, EAA supplementation is metabolically safe as it does not decrease insulin sensitivity regardless of its combination with aerobic exercise.

TL;DR: Lumbar ESIs improved objective physical capacity parameters and pain scores in elderly patients with symptomatic lumbar stenosis compared to medication management and the SPPB is an easy-to-use tool to measure changes in physical function in older adults and could easily be integrated into an outpatient pain clinic.
