RFWD3-Dependent Ubiquitination of RPA Regulates Repair at Stalled Replication Forks
Andrew E. H. Elia,David C. Wang,David C. Wang,Nicholas A. Willis,Alexander P. Boardman,Alexander P. Boardman,Ildiko Hajdu,Richard O. Adeyemi,Elizabeth Lowry,Elizabeth Lowry,Steven P. Gygi,Ralph Scully,Stephen J. Elledge +12 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that RPA, which functions as a protein scaffold in the replication stress response, is multiply ubiquitinated upon replication fork stalling, and mutations suggest that multisite ubiquitination of the entire RPA complex is responsible for repair at stalled forks.
Journal ArticleDOI
Epstein–Barr virus nuclear antigen leader protein localizes to promoters and enhancers with cell transcription factors and EBNA2
Daniel Portal,Hufeng Zhou,Hufeng Zhou,Hufeng Zhou,Bo Zhao,Bo Zhao,Peter V. Kharchenko,Elizabeth Lowry,Elizabeth Lowry,Limsoon Wong,John Quackenbush,Dustin Holloway,Sizun Jiang,Sizun Jiang,Yong Lu,Elliott Kieff,Elliott Kieff +16 more
TL;DR: LP and LP/E2 interact, genome-wide, with human B-cell transcription factors, mostly at or near prepatterned promoter sites, to increase cell transcription factor occupancies, increase activation-associated histone marks, and positively affect cell gene transcription.
