The Global Phosphorylation Landscape of SARS-CoV-2 Infection.

Mehdi Bouhaddou, +77 more
- 06 Aug 2020 -
TL;DR: A quantitative mass spectrometry-based phosphoproteomics survey of SARS-CoV-2 infection in Vero E6 cells reveals dramatic rewiring of phosphorylation on host and viral proteins, revealing potential COVID-19 therapies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Target-Based Evaluation of "Drug-Like" Properties and Ligand Efficiencies.

TL;DR: In this paper, physicochemical descriptors commonly used to define drug-likeness and ligand efficiency measures are assessed for their ability to differentiate marketed drugs from compounds reported to bind to their efficacious target or targets.
Journal ArticleDOI

KNIME workflow for retrieving causal drug and protein interactions, building networks, and performing topological enrichment analysis demonstrated by a DILI case study

TL;DR: In this article , a network-based approach for visualizing and interpreting drug-protein and protein-protein interactions is presented. But, the work is limited to the DILIRank dataset, where compounds are categorized by their likeliness of causing DILI.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genetic characterization of Salmonella Infantis from South Africa, 2004–2016

TL;DR: Comparison of the pan-genomes of isolates from either eBG or eBG297 identified 943 genes significantly associated with eBG, which suggests that eBG31 and e BG297 isolates occupy different niches within South Africa, if antibiotic-resistant S. Infantis emerges in South Africa.
