TL;DR: In this paper, the concentrations of 14 elements (Pb, Cd, Ag, Cu, Mn, Cr, Co, Ni, Fe, Zn, Na, K, Ca, Mg) were determined in fruiting bodies of bay bolete, Xerocomus badius, and the underlying soil substratum collected from northern and north-eastern Poland.

Assessment of fluoride concentration and daily intake by human from tea and herbal infusions.

TL;DR: The fluoride content in infusions of commercially available black, green, oolong, pu-erh and white teas was determined by ion-selective electrode and it is found that brewing time does increase the fluoride content, which ininfusions of black tea (5 min brewing) was higher than that in the other types of tea.

TL;DR: It was concluded, based on RDA calculated for essential metals, that coffee infusions are not an important source of bioelements in human diet and there is no health hazard associated with exposure to Cd and Pb via coffee consumption.

TL;DR: The results suggest that TGF-β1 serum concentrations may be an additional parameter in predicting the occurrence of DR in juvenile patients with T1DM.
