TL;DR: MTX-liposomes, prepared with a polymerised core (LSP), were administered in anaesthetised rats by pulmonary instillation versus free drug and showed clear different pharmacokinetic parameters between free MTX and the liposomal form of MTX.

Adrenal surgery for oligometastatic tumors improves survival in selected cases
TL;DR: The role of adrenalectomy was assessed to look for prognostic or predictive factors for the treatment of patients with oligometastatic solid tumors and adrenal metastasis and the results indicated surgery might be indicated for metachronous metastasis when laparoscopic Adrenalectomy is possible.
