Journal ArticleDOI
Large Scale Atomistic Simulations using the Tight Binding Approach
TL;DR: The porting of a O( N 3 ) TBMD code on different MIMD computers, with either distributed or shared memory, by using appropriate software tools is described, and the new perspective of using specialized platforms to deal with large-scale T BMD simulation is discussed.

Single-cell Electrochemical Aptasensor Array
Shuo-Yen Robert Li,Yannick Coffinier,Chann Lagadec,Fabrizio Cleri,Katsuhiko Nishiguchi,Akira Fujiwara,Soo Hyeon Kim,Nicolas Clément +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors show that the recently introduced nanopillar array technology combined with redox-labeled aptamers targeting epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) is perfectly suited for such implementation.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Silicon Compatible Process To Integrate Impedance Cytometry With Mechanical Characterization
Quentin Rezard,Faruk Azam Shaik,J.-C. Gerbedoen,Fabrizio Cleri,Dominique Collard,Chann Lagadec,Mehmet C. Tarhan +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , 3D silicon electrodes are used to perform impedance cytometry on single cells without compromising practical integration with sensors measuring complementary properties, e.g., mechanical properties, which improves the system frequency response and the signal quality at higher frequencies.
