Journal ArticleDOI
Graphene and its derivatives for laser protection
Yu Chen,Ting Bai,Ningning Dong,Fei Fan,Saifeng Zhang,Xiaodong Zhuang,Xiaodong Zhuang,Jie Sun,Jie Sun,Bin Zhang,Xiaoyan Zhang,Jun Wang,Werner J. Blau +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a review of broadband optical limiting (OL) materials and processes for laser protection is presented, where the dominant limiting mechanism of graphene is nonlinear scattering, which is very effective in liquid suspensions rather than in solid state hosts.
Journal ArticleDOI
Covalent Functionalization of Black Phosphorus with Conjugated Polymer for Information Storage
TL;DR: This work synthesized in situ the first highly soluble conjugated polymer-covalently functionalized BP derivative (PDDF-g-BP) which was used to fabricate a resistive random access memory (RRAM) device with a configuration of Au/ PDDF- g-BP/ITO.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bin Zhang,Fei Fan,Wuhong Xue,Gang Liu,Gang Liu,Yubin Fu,Xiaodong Zhuang,Xiaodong Zhuang,Xiaohong Xu,Junwei Gu,Run-Wei Li,Yu Chen +11 more
TL;DR: A redox-gated polymer memristive processing unit with programmable multilevel storage and logic functionalities that demonstrates programmable information storage and processing capabilities is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
90% yield production of polymer nano-memristor for in-memory computing.
Bin Zhang,Weilin Chen,Jianmin Zeng,Fei Fan,Fei Fan,Junwei Gu,Xinhui Chen,Lin Yan,Guangjun Xie,Shuzhi Liu,Yan Qing,Seung Jae Baik,Zhi-Guo Zhang,Weihua Chen,Jie Hou,Mohamed E. El-Khouly,Zhang Zhang,Gang Liu,Yu Chen +18 more
TL;DR: In this article, a record high 90% production yield in nm-scale 2D conjugated polymer memristors with homogeneous resistive switching was achieved with miniaturization and low power potentials.
