Journal ArticleDOI
Red-Carbon-Quantum-Dot-Doped SnO2 Composite with Enhanced Electron Mobility for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells.
Wei Hui,Wei Hui,Yingguo Yang,Quan Xu,Hao Gu,Shanglei Feng,Zhenhuang Su,Miaoran Zhang,Jiaou Wang,Xiaodong Li,Junfeng Fang,Fei Xia,Yingdong Xia,Yonghua Chen,Xingyu Gao,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +16 more
TL;DR: An efficient electron transport layer (ETL) plays a key role in promoting carrier separation and electron extraction in planar perovskite solar cells (PSCs), and an effective composite ETL is fabricated using carboxylic acid and hydroxyl-rich red carbon quantum dots (RCQs) to dope low-temperature solution-processed SnO2, which dramatically increases its electron mobility by ≈20 times from 9.32 × 10-4 to 1.73 × 10 2 cm2 V-1 s-1.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metal halide perovskites for resistive switching memory devices and artificial synapses
Bixin Li,Bixin Li,Wei Hui,Xueqin Ran,Yingdong Xia,Fei Xia,Lingfeng Chao,Yonghua Chen,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the state-of-the-art metal halide perovskites (MHPs) based resistive switching (RS) memory devices and artificial synapses are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved Performance of CH3NH3PbI3-xClx Resistive Switching Memory by Assembling 2D/3D Perovskite Heterostructures.
Fei Xia,Ying Xu,Bixin Li,Bixin Li,Wei Hui,Shiyang Zhang,Lin Zhu,Yingdong Xia,Yonghua Chen,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, resistive random access memories (RRAMs) based on organometal halide perovskite have been used for fast information storage and processing and have been shown to be effective in data processing.
Journal ArticleDOI
In situ observation of δ phase suppression by lattice strain in all-inorganic perovskite solar cells
Wei Hui,Wei Hui,Ying Xu,Fei Xia,Hui Lu,Bixin Li,Bixin Li,Lingfeng Chao,Tingting Niu,Bin Du,Haiyan Du,Xueqin Ran,Yingguo Yang,Yingdong Xia,Xingyu Gao,Yonghua Chen,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +18 more
TL;DR: In this article, the degree of lattice strain is investigated for the suppression of the δ phase growth by in situ Grazing-Incidence Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering (GIWAXS) technique.
