Journal ArticleDOI

Thermodynamically stabilized β-CsPbI3-based perovskite solar cells with efficiencies >18.

TL;DR: High crystalline β-CsPbI3 films are obtained with an extended spectral response and enhanced phase stability and made from the treated material have highly reproducible and stable efficiencies reaching 18.4% under 45 ± 5°C ambient conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solution-processed perovskite light emitting diodes with efficiency exceeding 15% through additive-controlled nanostructure tailoring

TL;DR: The results demonstrate that through the addition of judiciously selected molecular additives, sufficient carrier confinement with first-order recombination characteristics, and efficient suppression of non-radiative recombination can be achieved while retaining efficient charge transport characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Efficient planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells employing graphene oxide as hole conductor

TL;DR: Graphene oxide (GO) is employed as a hole conductor in inverted planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells, and the devices with CH₂NH₃PbI₁-xClx as absorber achieve an efficiency of over 12%.
