Two-dimensional Ruddlesden–Popper layered perovskite solar cells based on phase-pure thin films
Chao Liang,Chao Liang,Hao Gu,Hao Gu,Yingdong Xia,Zhuo Wang,Xiaotao Liu,Junmin Xia,Shouwei Zuo,Yue Hu,Xingyu Gao,Wei Hui,Lingfeng Chao,Tingting Niu,Min Fang,Hui Lu,Han Dong,Hui Yu,Shi Chen,Xueqin Ran,Lin Song,Bixin Li,Jing Zhang,Yong Peng,Guosheng Shao,Jianpu Wang,Yonghua Chen,Guichuan Xing,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +30 more
TL;DR: In this article, phase-pure quantum well films with microscale vertically aligned grains were constructed by using a molten salt spacer n-butylamine acetate instead of the traditional halide spacer N-battery iodide, which achieved a power conversion efficiency of 16.25% and a high open voltage of 1.31
Journal ArticleDOI
Red-Carbon-Quantum-Dot-Doped SnO2 Composite with Enhanced Electron Mobility for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells.
Wei Hui,Wei Hui,Yingguo Yang,Quan Xu,Hao Gu,Shanglei Feng,Zhenhuang Su,Miaoran Zhang,Jiaou Wang,Xiaodong Li,Junfeng Fang,Fei Xia,Yingdong Xia,Yonghua Chen,Xingyu Gao,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +16 more
TL;DR: An efficient electron transport layer (ETL) plays a key role in promoting carrier separation and electron extraction in planar perovskite solar cells (PSCs), and an effective composite ETL is fabricated using carboxylic acid and hydroxyl-rich red carbon quantum dots (RCQs) to dope low-temperature solution-processed SnO2, which dramatically increases its electron mobility by ≈20 times from 9.32 × 10-4 to 1.73 × 10 2 cm2 V-1 s-1.
Journal ArticleDOI
2D Intermediate Suppression for Efficient Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) Phase Lead-Free Perovskite Solar Cells
Jian Qiu,Yingdong Xia,Yiting Zheng,Wei Hui,Hao Gu,Wenbo Yuan,Hui Yu,Lingfeng Chao,Tingting Niu,Yingguo Yang,Xingyu Gao,Yonghua Chen,Yonghua Chen,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a 2D Ruddlesden-Popper (2DRP) tin perovskite solar cells (PSCs) play an irreplaceable role in advancing the commercialization of photovoltaic devices due to their low toxicity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tailoring Component Interaction for Air-Processed Efficient and Stable All-Inorganic Perovskite Photovoltaic
Xiaojuan Wang,Xueqin Ran,Xiaotao Liu,Hao Gu,Shouwei Zuo,Wei Hui,Hui Lu,Bo Sun,Xingyu Gao,Jing Zhang,Yingdong Xia,Yonghua Chen,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an interaction tailoring strategy for all-inorganic CsPbI3-x Brx perovskites by involving the ionic liquid solvent methylammonium acetate (MAAc) is presented.
