TL;DR: In this paper, a preparation method of a modified unsaturated polyester resin resin was presented, which comprises the following steps: partially substituting phthalic anhydride with dimer fatty acid, adding the dimer acid as toughening packing by using an in-situ polymerization method, and partial substituting a polyester resin cross-linking agent with acrylic acid, thereby toughening an unsaturated resin.
