Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of lead speciation on its oral bioaccessibility in surface dust and soil of electronic-wastes recycling sites.

TL;DR: A correlation analysis indicated that metallic Pb decreased bioaccessibility in the stomach, while a Pb speciation analysis revealed a low bio Accessibility for Pb phosphates and high bio accessibility for organic Pb species.
Journal ArticleDOI

Removal of nickel by homogeneous granulation in a fluidized-bed reactor.

TL;DR: This study investigated nickel removal and recovery through HFBGP by determining the effects of varying influent nickel concentrations, [CO32-: Ni2+] molar ratios, and pH of the precipitant by using a laboratory scale fluidized-bed reactor that determined the effects driven by supersaturation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nickel recovery from synthetic Watts bath electroplating wastewater by homogeneous fluidized bed granulation process

TL;DR: In this article, the authors determined the removal of nickel from a synthetic Watts bath electroplating composition (NiCl 2 ·6H 2 O, NiSO 4 ·6 H 2 O and H 3 BO 3 ) by homogeneous fluidized-bed granulation process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Recovery of oxalate from bauxite wastewater using fluidized-bed homogeneous granulation process

TL;DR: In this paper, the simulated bauxite wastewater was treated using a non-seeded fluidized-bed homogeneous granulation technology, and the effect of effluent pH, molar ratio of [Ca+2]in/[C2O4−2]-in (1.00, 1.25), and influent flow rates (15, 25, and 35 ǫmin−1) were evaluated in terms of oxalate removal and granulation efficiency.
