Simultaneous multi-frequency observation of the unknown redshift blazar PG 1553+113 in March-April 2008

Jelena Aleksić, +166 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors determined the spectral energy distribution of the blazar PG 1553+113 through simultaneous multi-frequency data to study its emission processes and interpreted its double-peaked shape within the framework of a synchrotron self-Compton model.
Journal ArticleDOI

An updated list of AGILE bright γ-ray sources and their variability in pointing mode

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a variability study of a sample of bright γ-ray (30 Mev−50 Gev) sources, which is an extension of the first AGILE catalogue of γ -ray sources (1AGL), obtained using the complete set of AGILE observations in pointing mode performed during a 2.3 year period from July 9, 2007 until October 30, 2009.
Journal ArticleDOI

IBIS preliminary results on Cygnus X-1 spectral and temporal characteristics

TL;DR: In this paper, a broadband spectral and temporal study of the black-hole binary Cyg X-1 performed with the IBIS telescope was reported. But only the staring, on-axis, observation performed in a stable instrument configuration.
